How do you keep things exciting after 10+ years?

We've been together 12 years. Honestly the biggest game-changer was the explore cards on here — answering privately and then seeing what we both said yes to. We discovered things neither of us would have brought up on our own. Also, novelty doesn't have to mean extreme. A different time of day, a different room, or even just asking a new question can shift things.
